Westminster Council have made a huge profit by using this system. Don’t forget you pay not them!

I tried to communicate with Westminster Council through there website and I have had nothing back from them for about a year now.

Basically, I requested that they change the phone system to allow you to get from paying daily and weekly to speak with a person to make a longer payment. The system starts by asking for a location number, which if you can’t speak to someone, so you have to hang up and phone again, listen to the whole message and press star or gate I can’t remember to speek to someone! If the system asks for a location number, of course you remove the phone from your ear to enter it and miss the rest of the message.

This system was set up to catch people out and earn money through parking tickets, not to help you pay.

I keep having problems with it every time I use it. It’s a nightmare, it often takes me 20 minutes to complete the transaction. It’s just horrible. Westminster City Council have made a huge mistake by using this horrible system.
