Westminster’s preferred security device for bikes

While we were walking around the City of Westminster this afternoon, we spotted a security device for motorbikes and scooters that we had never seen before. One that we assume costs so much money that Westminster City Council feel the urge to charge motorcyclists for parking to fund the cost of that particular device. After all, the council have advised that they are committed to improve parking security for motorcyclists, haven’t they? Have a look at it and ask yourself whether it is worth charging motorbikes and scooters for parking to justify the installation of this piece of crap. We wonder whether this model of security device will be rolled out throughout the City.

Oh, have French people seen anything of this crap quality before? Obviously not, otherwise this particular type of security device wouldn’t be the subject of a post here!
